Payment Information

Ordering process, Stripe payments, fees, and refund protocols

1. Description of Services

trofi.gg provides an interactive platform where viewers can propose skill-based challenges to live streamers. Your payment is the bounty amount plus, if you choose to cover it, the card processing fee. The funds are held on the platform balance until the result is determined; the platform’s 10% service fee is deducted from the streamer’s payout.

2. Challenge Placement & Payment Flow

  1. Configure Challenge: Select your target streamer, game (PUBG, CS2, Dota 2), target parameters (kills, placement, restrictions), and time window.
  2. Specify Bounty (in USD): Enter the bounty amount (minimum $5; the maximum depends on the streamer’s verification level and is shown on the form). Optionally tick “cover the card processing fee” to pay it on top of the bounty.
  3. Proceed to Stripe Checkout: Click 'Pay & Authorize'. You are routed to the secure Stripe payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption.
  4. Payment: Use your credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or Apple Pay / Google Pay. Funds are held on the platform balance until the result is determined.

3. Payment Security & Certified Infrastructure

All payments and financial transactions are executed via Stripe, Inc., certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Card data never touches our application servers.

4. Automatic Refunds

Because funds are held until the result is determined, the bounty amount is automatically refunded if the challenge is declined, unaccepted after 12 hours, or failed by the streamer. The card processing fee is not refundable: if you covered it on top, the full bounty is refunded; otherwise it is deducted from the refund.

For the complete breakdown of refund triggers and bank crediting timeframes (5–10 business days), read our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payouts to Streamers

Streamers receive their reward through Stripe Connect and must connect a payout account before they can accept a challenge. Payouts are currently available to streamers in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area (except Iceland), Canada and Switzerland; outside the United States Stripe applies a stricter identity verification. If a streamer has not connected payouts, a notice is shown before you pay, and the bounty is refunded if the challenge is not accepted.
